Our company Shopping Center Interests is located in Houston. We have developed in Florida, Dallas, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

 

We have been a shopping center developer for over 35 years and have developed 40 plus projects. 

 

While previously focused on the development of small strip shopping centers anchored with national credit tenants, we also developed free standing single credit tenant developments for Panera Bread, Outback Steakhouse, Chipotle Mexican Grille, Carrabba’s, Chili’s, CVS, B of A and McDonalds. 

 

We are now primarily focused on National C-Store sites and build to suits for single purpose credit tenants.
